If you are not totally delighted with your order, you have 28 days (14 for sale items) from the date of receipt to return this to us for a refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed from the date this is received.

If you have a customer account, you can request your return on your orders page. Please return as per the instructions below ahead of this being approved.

If you wish to exchange, please return within 28 days of receipt (14 days for sale items) and include your exchange request in the customer note section of the return request or on the form provided with your order. We are pleased to offer one size or style swap per UK order, free of postage charge. (UK and Portuguese ORDERS ONLY)

Due to the significant price difference in shipping charges, we regrettably are unable to offer a free exchange to our customers outside of the UK and Portugal.

An exchange or refund will only be provided if the item(s) are in perfect condition with the original labels attached. Item(s) received in an un-saleable condition or outside of the returns timescale will be refunded to a gift card only.
